Account terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which rajbets operates. Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available where local law permits in India. If there is any ambiguity, the terms page reflects the currently applicable version.

Yes. Email our legal inbox from your registered address, state that you are making a data access request, and we will compile and send your data export within 30 days. Large account histories may take the full 30-day window to process.

Submit a deletion request by email with your account ID. We will remove personal identifiers once any legally required retention period has elapsed. Transaction records required for financial compliance are anonymised rather than fully deleted during the mandatory retention window.

We do not store full UPI VPAs or PhonePe or Paytm wallet credentials on our servers after a transaction completes. Payment tokens used for repeat transactions are held by the respective payment provider, not by us, under their own privacy terms.
